Off topic - I'm a witch, but I'm also a mum and an entrepreneur... and I'm tired.

Is it me or is the mental load, as they call it, intense these days?

I'm trying... I'm trying hard to juggle my life as the mother of a 2-and-a-half-year-old baby who wants to discover everything, my life as a witch trying to get closer to nature and my life as a businesswoman who has to put bread on the table.

In short, I'm trying. I'm trying, but I feel like I'm failing more and more every day. I'd so much like to shoot videos every week and not weigh 205 lbs on the scales... (For my friends across the ocean, it's 93 kg.) I'd so much like to take care of myself, walk 2 km every day, pick my beautiful flowers and perform a ton of rituals.

But life catches up with me. Between having a young child, my husband working full time and me juggling a career in marketing to earn enough to eat, I'm exhausted and sad. I'm sad that life is passing me by at breakneck speed. I'm sad that I can't run fast enough to catch up and enjoy each moment in my own way.

Resilience? That's probably what I'm missing. A bit of resilience.

But I've been a rebel since I was a kid! So how do I fit into the mould now? At 41?

Are you sad, my beautiful witches? Do you feel overwhelmed? Do you try to practise, to connect, to meditate, but in the end life catches up with you?

I don't know. I don't know any more. I'm looking to spirituality for the path, the sign, that will enable me to fulfil myself, to finally accomplish this damn mission in life.

I'm not quite sure why I'm opening my heart to you this evening - perhaps I'm tired, or I've had one too many glasses of wine. But my God, my angel, my universe, how good it is not to feel alone.
