How energetic and intuitive magic can help you free yourself from mental burdens.

Today I wanted to talk to you about a subject that's particularly close to my heart... and to all of us: mental workload. You know, that feeling of having a thousand things to deal with at once, juggling work, home and children, without ever having a moment to yourself? Well, you're not alone. And above all, know that you are normal.
What is the mental load?
Mental workload is that endless list of tasks to accomplish, of things to think about, that weighs on your shoulders. This burden is often heavier for us women, due to a number of factors. Hormones, motherhood, social prejudice, pre-menopause or menopause can all contribute to our mental burden. And what's worse is that sometimes we're not even aware of it.
How do you cope with mental stress?
It's important to recognise the symptoms and discuss them with family and friends. This can help you feel less alone and better understand the causes of your mental burden.
Did you know that you can also use energetic and intuitive magic to manage this mental burden? Here are seven ways it can help.
Seven ways to manage your mental load with energy and intuitive magic
Ask for answers in your dreams: Is there a question on your mind? Often, it's before we go to bed that our brains create thoughts that go round and round... and keep us awake! Before you go to sleep, ask your subconscious. You'd be surprised how revealing your dreams can be! It's also possible that in the early hours of the morning, the answer will come to you as a matter of course.
Practice the rituals of letting go: These rituals allow you to free yourself from what's weighing on you, to take a break and refocus on yourself. Take time to stop and refocus on the present moment. The important thing is to take the time to practise it..
Use crystals for energy balance: Certain crystals, such as amethyst or rose quartz, can help you calm your mind and restore energy balance. Ultimate tip: get yourself a selenite lamp. It regulates a room's energies like no other!
Meditate regularly: Meditation is an excellent way of reconnecting with yourself and freeing your mind from mental burdens. Meditation doesn't necessarily mean sitting still on the floor for an hour, 'going blank' and concentrating solely on your breathing. I meditate regularly in the simplest way possible! When I go to bed, I put on my headphones and go on YouTube to choose a meditation based on my emotions of the day and what I want to release. The meditations are about 30 minutes long and it feels really good! Here are my two favourite French YouTubers for easy, guided meditations: The best in my opinion is Mike Méditation, but I also like Cédric Michel.
Practise magical self-care: Take time for yourself, to pamper yourself, to do what feels good. I know it seems impossible at times, but did you know that the simple act of moving 150 minutes a week (which is equivalent to about 22 minutes a day) can change everything? My favourite activity is simply going for a walk. You can also take time to do a face mask, take a magic bath, drink a good hot magic potion, prepare your moon water, look after your plants... Just a little bit a day, that's all it takes. That's what magic is all about!
Call on your spiritual guides: they're there to help you. Don't hesitate to call on them when you feel overwhelmed. The signs of fate can also help you: follow their lead, even if you don't immediately understand. Write down what you see and feel. Take a few minutes to go into nature: imagine yourself surrounded by the energy that nourishes and protects you. Simply ask the universe to put tools or people in your path who can lighten your mental load. I did this recently and was astonished to see, the very next morning, a message in my inbox from a young woman offering to help me with my business. We've already been working together for a fortnight!
Write in a magic diary: Putting your thoughts and emotions on paper can be incredibly liberating. Write down everything that comes into your head, every emotion. The simple fact of writing them down allows your brain to recognise and accept them. Then, consecrate this journal with a ritual and ask that everything you write in it be released. It's magical!
I know it may seem difficult to manage, but you have the tools to do it. All you have to do is give yourself a regular break and a space to breathe. Take the time to relax and enjoy your time with family and friends. You'll see that you'll feel better if you do this regularly, because it will help you recharge and be happier.
